The Funders Network/ Smart Growth California (November 2016 - Present): Develop programs for impactful funder engagement across California at the intersection of land use, climate and equity.
Jefferson Community Foundation/ Housing Solutions Network (January 2018 - December 2020): Launched a community-wide network to address affordable housing challenges in the region. Led community visioning to launch strategic actions, built a Steering Committee, created and executed sustainability plan.
Orange County Human Relations (2017): Develop a curriculum and launch a Speakers' Assembly to inform and engage young people on hate crimes, lead presentations across county.
Charitable Ventures Orange County (2016-2017): Develop curriculum and train outreach workers on how to engage and develop leadership amongst low-income residents.
Building Healthy Communities Long Beach (2016): Facilitate a collaborative of organizations working on criminal justice reform, lead through the development and execution of a strategic plan
Long Beach Coalition for Good Jobs and a Healthy Community (2016): Oversee voter engagement team to effectively execute campaign to engage low- and medium-propensity voters in raising the minimum wage in Long Beach, CA.
